We founded the firm together after years of specialization in commercial and tax law. Adar also accompanies some of the largest entities in the economy in insolvency proceedings (liquidation and corporate recovery) and bankruptcy proceedings, dispute resolution, and management of high-profile complex cases.
Adv. Dor Elchadash
Partner and founder of the firm. Dor Elchadash, with extensive experience as a lawyer at the Tax Authority, white-collar offences in criminal/civil tax. Serves as a mediator and commercial litigator, and accompanies companies and businesses of all sizes from formation through the life of the company in the fields of tech, commerce, defence and industry.
